Sellers must take responsibility for exchanging or returning goods in case of any issues or defects in the product based on Buxmeed's conditions.

Sellers are required to set accurate and reasonable prices for their products. Any violation of pricing rules includes:

• Offering unrealistic discounts where the discounted price equals the original price of the product.
• There being a price discrepancy between the seller's personal store and the price on Buxmeed, such that the price on Buxmeed is higher than the personal store.

Food sellers must adhere to the following principles and regulations:

• All ingredients and any allergens must be listed in the product description.
• The production and expiration dates must be accurately mentioned.
• Fresh and high-quality raw materials must be used in the production of food products.
• The product weight must be net, and packaging weight should not be included in the final weight.
• Food sellers bear full responsibility for the quality and safety of their products and must be accountable in legal forums in case of issues.

Jewelry sellers are required to provide valid identification documents, including:

• A personal photo of the seller.
• Legal documents such as a business license and place of activity. This information must be verified by the Buxmeed team.

Sellers are required to provide prompt support and respond to customer inquiries. All support interactions are managed through the Buxmeed ticketing system to ensure customer privacy.

Sellers must comply with all local and international laws regarding the production and sale of their products. These conditions are enforceable under the laws of the seller's country of residence and international rights.

Products must be shipped according to the announced schedule, and sellers must ensure that products reach customers on time.

If the ordered product does not match the shipped product and the seller is proven to be at fault, the cost of all goods is the responsibility of the seller, and the buyer's money will be fully refunded. In case of repeated violations, your seller account on Buxmeed will be suspended, and upon a second violation, your seller panel will be closed.

Sellers must avoid canceling customer orders for reasons such as pricing errors or lack of inventory. If a product is available on the site and a customer orders it, the seller is obliged to send the product. Therefore, the seller must keep their product inventory updated in the panel and deactivate items that are out of stock.

Buxmeed reserves the right to terminate the seller's account for violations of these terms and conditions or any illegal activity.

• Protection of Artistic Works: All artistic works and products presented by artists and producers on Buxmeed are protected under copyright laws. Sellers are obliged to present only products they have produced themselves and must refrain from copying and selling others' artistic works without permission.

• Prohibition of Copying: Any copying of registered artistic works on Buxmeed and selling similar versions at lower prices or using images, designs, or ideas of other artists without written permission is considered a violation of copyright laws and will be addressed accordingly.

• Legal Action: If a violation and copying are proven, the infringing seller must pay a fine. The amount of the fine will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation. Additionally, Buxmeed reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate the account of the infringing seller.

• Protection of Artists' Rights: In the event of a violation, artists and producers can report the issue to Buxmeed's support team and defend their rights. Buxmeed is committed to doing everything possible to protect the moral rights of artists.

Sellers must choose accurate and valid brand names and must not use trademarks for which they do not have permission. They must also avoid providing any false information about their products.

Sellers must refrain from sending promotional emails to their customers and can only contact customers when necessary for customer service and order fulfillment.

Sellers must not attempt to influence feedback and ratings in any way, such as by offering incentives for positive reviews.

Clear processes for inventory management and returns must be defined. Sellers are required to accept and process returns and use Amazon's return process to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

Sellers must clearly indicate that they are the primary sellers and provide clear shipping information. They must also avoid shipping products without proper identification.

Buxmeed is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the sale of products, except in cases of violations of laws and regulations.
